My wife and I moved into a Steve Powell home a year ago and have enjoyed every minute of it. Friends and family are always commenting on what a well built home we have. The craftsmanship and attention to detail are second to none. Working with Steve and his staff has been a pleasure. His supervisor, Jason Hipps, is always on time, courteous, and he makes things happen at your conveniences. We just love our new home. I was a
bit scared because I bought the house when it
was already finished, but I looked at your other homes
under construction in our neighborhood and my
fears were gone. You build a quality home! When
I needed to make a few changes to fit the children
better you finished the work on time and the
subcontractors you used were kind and cleaned
up after themselves.
We also love the basement you finished for
us. It is great for entertaining and the older
kids love to hang out there with their
friends. If we had any minor issues, Jason was diligent
in making sure they got fixed quickly. I have
recommended you as a builder to my friends when they are looking to
